Acceptance of Terms
By contacting Apna Dairy via WhatsApp, phone, email, or visiting our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Products & Availability
All products listed on our website and communicated through any channel are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice. Seasonal and specialty items may have limited availability.
Pricing
Prices for products are communicated at the time of enquiry or order and may vary based on availability, quantity, and seasonal factors. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Orders via WhatsApp
Orders placed through WhatsApp are confirmed only after we send an explicit confirmation message. An order enquiry or message does not constitute a confirmed order. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
Custom & Party Orders
Custom cake and party orders require advance notice and may require a partial payment or confirmation deposit. Cancellations for custom orders must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations after preparation has begun may not be eligible for a refund.
Freshness & Quality
All dairy and bakery products are prepared fresh. We take utmost care in quality and hygiene. However, perishable items must be consumed within the recommended timeframe. We are not responsible for products that deteriorate due to improper storage after delivery or pickup.
Payments
Payments are accepted in cash or via UPI at the time of purchase or delivery. We do not store any payment information. Online payments, if accepted, are processed through secure third-party gateways.
Limitation of Liability
Apna Dairy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability, in any case, shall not exceed the value of the product in question.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logo, and brand identity, is the property of Apna Dairy. Reproduction or use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
